11. Prices and Availability

12. Customer Responsibilities

14. RosCar Türkiye Liability
RosCar Türkiye is responsible for providing the booking platform and transmitting reservation details to the selected rental company.

15. Changes and Cancellations by the Supplier

16. Refusal of Vehicle Handover
The rental company may refuse to hand over the vehicle if the customer does not meet the rental requirements, fails to provide necessary documents, arrives late, does not have the required payment method, or is otherwise unable to comply with the supplier’s conditions.
In such cases, refunds are subject to the applicable booking and supplier terms.
